Niamh Delmar runs The Greystones Health & Wellbeing Centre.

She is a chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland.

She holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin.

Niamh provides evidence based interventions in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, with positive psychology and Mindfulness.

Therapy begins with assessment, followed by an individualised treatment programme, which is developed collaboratively to facilitate psychological wellbeing. The fostering of a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship is central to the counselling process and therapeutic outcomes.

Niamh works with psychological distress and mental health issues such as:
• Anxiety & panic attacks
• Depression
• Women’s issues
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
• Life and Work Stress
• Relationship difficulties
• Self-esteem
Niamh has experience working as a training consultant providing workshops in organisational settings. Counselling support for employees is available.

She also works as a freelance Mental Health writer and regularly contributes to the Irish Times and RTE.ie
